The Verein’s ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) will be held on 18 March 2026 at 19:00 in the Large Aula. As the highest authority of the Association, the AGM is the forum for fundamental changes like amending the constitution and voting in new Board members. The entire member community is highly encouraged to SHOW UP, BRING YOUR VOICE, BRING YOUR VOTE, and collectively keep the spirit of the Verein going. There are several items on the agenda to promote transparency and inclusion, improve communications, and expand the Verein’s outreach including:
- GET TO KNOW THE VEREIN: Learn about our mission, purpose, and overall how the Association works.
- REFLECTIONS OF 2025: A Financial Review detailing what funds were raised, their sources, and how they were spent to impact the school.
- LOOKING INTO 2026: A Financial Forecast including the proposed annual budget, expected fundraising, and potential categories of spend for upcoming projects and events.
- BOARD ELECTIONS: All Board seats are up for election for a two-year term. The Board ensures the Verein runs smoothly, carries out decisions made by our members, and disburses funding to important projects that make JFKS special.
